Ray at the age of 10 ,he had already accumulated over 7 lawn mowers, most of them curb throw aways which he repaired to running condition. At 11 he moved from the city of Rochester NY to Lyndonville NY , a small farming community with a population of less than 800 . Already having the equipment, he started a lawn care business. With his own money, At the age of 12 , he purchased his first car, a 1962 Buick Electra 225 . By graduation time he had purchased, repaired and sold over 20 automobiles. He left the lawn care business to his younger brother and enrolled in college. In 1975  he attended  SUNY Canton for the Auto Technology program. Not being satisfied with the lack of Electronics in the auto tech program , he returned for another year for, Electronics, Heating and air conditoning and Solar Technology courses. After graduation he passed all the ASE Tests to become a Master Certified Technican. General Motors came to Canton College looking for a top, soon to be Graduate that had both Auto and Electronics Degrees. Due to his dislike of cities, he turned down an high paying job offer to work in Detroit for Cadilac division of GM. Instead, he started a Garage on Wheels out of a VW Bus, which was very successfull for many years.  In 1985 he was involved in a Motorcycle accident with a deer and could no longer operate the Mobile garage. That is when he got into Auto Sales, And the rest is history. Now into Auto Sales & Service for over 25 years, With over 85% of sales going to repeat and referred customers!
